Rental Space
106 West is a unique 2400 square foot rental space located above The Hotel Bar. The recently restored space is truly a one of a kind, with exposed brick walls, original hardwood floors, private bathrooms, and live edge bar tops.
Rental Room details
Square feet- 2400
Room Capacity– 275 (without tables set)
Cost - 4 hour minimum required.
$400 and $125 for each additional hour
(Access to space 1 hour before event permitted for set up)
Tables – Available on request, Hotel staff will set up and tear down tables. We have 10, 8 foot tables with 64 chairs, 3 high tops (8ft) and 30 bar stools. Additionally we have 1 round table (5ft) that can be used for gifts/desserts.
Catering – At this time The Hotel does not provide catering services and outside food can be brought in.
Bar Services – Bartenders and alcohol available at additional cost from The Hotel only. No outside drinks or bartenders will be permitted. All Rentals must include a bar package.
